hạ long · "the descending dragon"
I'm an AI product builder who studied information systems in business school and trained in a classical painting atelier. So I build tools that hold up, pay their way, and feel like someone cared.
Proof in production: BuoyBots · live, guardrail-tested AI intake for mental-health practices.

Cast drawing, still life, oil: the discipline of making something worth touching.
Between the karsts runs the strait where the three lines meet: the build years. Coding Dojo, then two AI cohorts, then a first product shipped to a live therapy site. ai is the channel all three waters share → buoybots is the proof

AI intake for mental-health practices. After-hours inquiries were dying in voicemail, each lost client worth $1,800+. BuoyBots answers first, screens gently, books the consult, and refuses what it shouldn't touch.

A Vietnamese family-owned salon in Issaquah: thousands of clients on the books, most of them one visit and gone. Built the marketing engine from nothing: AI-generated content, segmented email, Instagram & Facebook cadence, Google Business, and a win-back program aimed at the lapsed majority.

A solo therapy practice for men of color and Asian American adults, carried from discovery to launch: brand, UX, copy, and Webflow build, designed so the scroll itself moves from darkness to clarity. The engagement that seeded BuoyBots' first pilot.

A Portland nonprofit building micro-villages for unsheltered adults. Restored the org's full control of its site and fixed the broken donation button ahead of Give!Guide season: the campaign raised $31,044 from 195 donors, and monthly care has kept the site healthy since.
Seven years of client work, now focused on health & wellness practices: brand strategy through launch, and the growth retainers after. The studio has its own fleet; this page is about the person at the tiller.
