AI-powered practice growth suite for mental-health therapists. Solo practices lose anxious prospective clients after hours, each worth $1,800+ in lifetime value. BuoyBots catches them 24/7: answers logistics, screens gently, captures leads, and fires a hard 911/988 safety override on crisis language before anything else. My first AI product, shipped to a live therapy site in one week.
A Vietnamese family-owned salon in Issaquah with 2,235 clients and a 68% single-visit drop-off rate. I built the entire digital marketing engine from scratch: AI-powered content generation, segmented email campaigns, Instagram and Facebook scheduling, Google Business optimization, and a win-back strategy targeting 1,800+ lapsed clients to fill slow midweek chairs.
A solo therapy practice for men of color and Asian American adults, taken from discovery through launch: brand strategy, UX/UI design, copywriting, information architecture, and Webflow development. Built around a "Therapy In A Site" concept where visitors experience therapy simply by scrolling, moving through a time-of-day arc from darkness to clarity. The engagement that seeded BuoyBots' first pilot.
A Portland nonprofit building transitional micro-villages for unsheltered adults. Rescued the site from a former board member's control and rebuilt the failing PayPal donation flow in time for Give!Guide season, clearing the way for gifts as large as $20K to land. Now on ongoing monthly WordPress care: updates, security scans, backups, and a report written for humans.
My digital creative agency: seven years of client work, now focused exclusively on health and wellness practices.
